What does “free” mean here?

It means you pay The Zum no monthly subscription, no setup fee, and no percentage of each sale. Every riyal from your customer goes to your account, through the payment gateway you connected. We take nothing from sales, and we ask for no card at sign-up.

The only exception is not a The Zum fee: the payment gateway you choose may charge transaction fees, and the shipping company sets its own prices. These are third parties you deal with directly, and we would rather say that plainly than let it be a surprise later.

Your payment gateway: the money goes to you

You choose the payment gateway and connect it to your account. When a customer pays, the transaction goes through the gateway to your account directly, never through The Zum. You keep 100% of every sale, and your relationship with the gateway stays yours.
